The Harmony Trust's lead sponsor is Greenhill Primary Academy and the Chief Executive Officer is Antony Hughes. The role of the Chief Executive is to work closely with the Members and Board of Trustees to provide outstanding strategic leadership for The Harmony Trust ensuring continuing success and sustainability in its Academies. Antony ensures appropriate arrangements are in place to deliver high standards of education for all children in the Trust's academies.
The Chief Financial Officer has responsibility for all aspects of Trust Finance. Delivering operational rigour and strategic direction, Suzanne plays an integral role in supporting the growth and development of The Harmony Trust.
The role of Head of HR and ICT delivers the key strategic aspects & objectives relating specifically to both areas. It supports and advises the Trust on management of Human Resources by ensuring an effective and efficient use of those resources. The role manages the delivery of ICT infrastructure and the use and investment of technology to support the delivery of operational practice across the Trust.
The role advises the CEO on strategic issues affecting the business and support provision in the Trust Leadership Team and make recommendations for development, improvement and delivery. It provides expert advice and direction to senior staff about their approach to different aspects of the Trust’s business to maximise effectiveness and support improvement.
Wendy's role in the Trust is to ensure we are compliant with both Health & Safety and Safeguarding legislation throughout all Harmony Trust Academies. This involves advice to Principals, audits and support with issues and concerns. Wendy also plays a key role in data analysis which identifies trends and patterns to ensure resources are targeted to where they are most needed.
The Director of Strategic Programmes develops and manages projects to support delivery of the Trust's priorities in a range of areas including behaviour, attendance, inclusion and well-being. Jane is also the Virtual Head for all Looked After Children in our Trust.
