How we have moved on..

We embrace 2019 as an organisation that has doubled in size while holding on to our essesential character and values. 

After a successful first term together in Derby, we continue to attract other partners who share our determination to put children first.  

This includes another Derby School — Lakeside Primary Academy —  we welcome them to our family and look forward to working with staff, parents and more importantly the children. 

Our CEO continues to really appreciate getting to know better the children, staff and parents at our new academies and communities through the Parent Forums, Pupil Forums and Staff Forums. 

We continue to build upon the success of Read Achieve Succeed — we will carry this onto encourage reading as a pleasure and develop an ethos of enjoying books and learning. 

There are many achievements we have achieved to reflect upon.  One particularly milestone the CEO is very proud of is The Harmony Pledge. The Pledge sums up everything that makes our Academies a great place to work and learn.  

The Pledge is an aspirational framework that makes a bold commitment to the children and families who entrust us with their education: that they will have the broadest and best experiences and be fully prepared for the future and true to our values it emanated from our children, parents and staff.  

We look forward to the implementation of the Pledge across the Oldham and Derby Hubs.
