The Harmony Trust are recruiting Early Career Teachers for roles in our Derby and Northwest Hubs commencing in September 2025. If you are currently studying or have graduated and looking for a role in teaching with an employer of choice, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Whatever your preferred year group may be, and whether you are looking for a part time or permanent role, we would love to help you progress within your career.
How it works
If successful at the interview stage, one of the two following options will be considered:
•A role will be offered with deployment to be confirmed
•You will join the ECT pool and if and when vacancies arise you may be matched to one
Once a role has been offered, an informal meeting will be arranged between you and the academy Principal.

We are looking for the following qualities in applicants
Must hold or will be gaining UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
The experience to confidently plan, deliver and assess the National Curriculum or Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
The ability to work flexibly and be reliable.
A genuine passion for providing a high-quality education.
