The Harmony Trust is seeking an exceptional Inclusion Leader (Academy SENDCo and Inclusion Hub Lead Teacher) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled teacher and SEND practitioner to lead SEND provision across the academy whilst developing and leading our Inclusion Hub Provision.
This role combines strategic SEND leadership with the opportunity to shape and develop specialist provision, ensuring that all pupils receive the support, challenge and opportunities they need to thrive.
